Sunflower State Games

Been traveling a lot but was home long enough to take 4th in the cat 5 crit in the Sunflower State Games. Next? The tour of KC in August...

SPIN!

My better half and I rode SPIN! last night and then stayed for pizza and salad. The ride was ok but the weather was beautiful. Planning on the Sunflower State Games crit July 20th. It's a cat 4/5 so I don't expect great things but it's a good warm up for the Tour of KC and the St Joe Team Time Trial and RR, assuming I can get a three person team together by September. Traveling for now but hope to ridr this weekend.
