OP Grand Prix

I finished in the top 30 and I had fun. I'm installing a compact crankset this weekend. Training for Arkansas starts tomorrow.

Out of shape and nearly out of time

The Misses and I raced the last two Twilights and it felt pretty bad for me. She did better than I expected for her first time out. Raced the Tour of KC Cliff Drive Classic this morning in the rain. I didn't finish well but I didn't crash either. The OP Grand Prix is tomorrow and I am approaching it with some trepidation. We'll see what happens. The last race of the season for me will be in Arkansas. It's a small event and I actually have a chance of taking it...?
